The main reason for picking Century 21 was Teresa Quintana was referred by a friend. Upon meeting Teresa in the first five minutes I knew she was the broker we would use to sell the property. Century 21 was not a big deal to me it was the demeanor and personality of Teresa and how she presented herself as the person to sell the property. I was very impressed by her knowledge of the area and listened to her suggestions for things that we needed to do to get the property ready for sale. Through out the whole process Teresa communicated and kept me up to date on the progress of the showings and sales process.
